1	The Auction Process- HOW IT WORKS
HOW IT WORKS: The 1st Lot will begin to countdown at the advertised auction date/time. The countdown timer will start at 1 minute. If there are any bids on a particular lot within the last 1 minute of the close of the online auction it will be extended back out to 1 minute, until there are no successful bids within that time. The 2nd Lot will not begin until the 1st Lot has been sold; this is applicable to all Lots sequentially. This way, if you are interested in more than one Lot you will be able to bid on each Lot. Our system works in such a way to avoid "sniping". This means that no bidder can place a bid in the last few seconds of a lot closing. Instead, as soon as bid is placed on the live lot, time will be extended by one minute. This way it works more like a live auction where the bidding doesn't stop as long as there is still interest in the Lot, rather than assigning a strict cut-off time. Our auctions go live at the advertised time and you will need to click on "live catalogue" to watch to be able and place bids on lots. If you have been outbid, our system will send you an email informing you of this. Invoices will be emailed shortly after the close of the auction and payment is automatically deducted from your nominated credit card the following day. 1a	Pick-up & Postage Options
All invoices will be sent within two hours following the close of the auction. Once you receive your invoice, please email us your preference for Bathurst or Orange warehouse or if you would like to arrange postage. We ask that everyone, regardless of whether you have bought items from us before, emails us this information. For Bathurst, pick up is strictly between 10am and 2pm Thursdays. For Orange, pick up is strictly between 10am and 3pm Mondays or 5pm and 6:30pm on Wednesdays. Please note that all postage will be at the expense of the buyer with an additional $5 handling fee incurred.
